The products

VALIA 24K Gold Hydrogel Eye Patches are a cosmetic product within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. They are not a medicine and not a medical device, they do not treat any condition, and nothing we publish should be read as a medical claim or as medical advice.

They are for external use on the healthy, unbroken skin of the under-eye area, and are to be kept out of the eye itself. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical care or prone to skin reactions, speak to a healthcare professional before using them. Stop using them if your skin reacts.

Results are not promised. Skin differs from person to person, and no cosmetic can guarantee a change in appearance.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euro and are the price you pay for the goods; delivery is shown separately at checkout before you confirm. Tax treatment: — to be completed by the operating entity before launch —

Payment is taken by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and never reach our servers or our staff. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive our confirmation email.

We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch. If we do, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Delivery, withdrawal and returns

Set out in full on our Delivery & returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Faulty goods

Your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described are unaffected by anything here. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Complaints and disputes

Write to hello@valia.beauty first — most things are resolved that way. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
