Delivery & returns

Across the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. If your country is not in the list at checkout, we are not yet able to ship to you — write to us and we will tell you when that changes.

Delivery is complimentary on every order, wherever we ship. There is no minimum and no threshold to reach.

Orders are dispatched within two working days. Delivery then takes three to five working days depending on the destination. You will have a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Deliveries outside the European Union may attract import duties or local charges, which are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.

You may withdraw from your order within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and nothing on this site reduces it.

To exercise it, write to hello@valia.beauty with your order number. You then have a further fourteen days to return the goods. We refund within fourteen days of receiving them, using the same payment method you used.

On top of the statutory fourteen we give you thirty days from delivery. Unopened, sealed boxes come back for a full refund with no explanation required.

If you opened a box and your skin did not agree with the patches, write to us anyway. We would rather hear about it and put it right than keep the money. For hygiene reasons opened boxes cannot be resold, so this is a goodwill decision on our side rather than a right you can insist on.

Send us a photograph within seven days of delivery and we will replace the order or refund it in full, at your choice. You will not be asked to pay return postage.
