We collect what an order needs and nothing else. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, we do not sell data, and we do not email you unless you ticked a box asking us to.

When you order: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and what you bought. Payment card details are collected by Stripe on its own pages and are never received or stored by us.

When you subscribe: your email address, the moment you consented, and where on the site you did it — kept so we can demonstrate the consent was given.

In your browser: a single localStorage entry holding your basket and whether you claimed the welcome offer. It stays on your device, is not a cookie, and is not sent anywhere except when you check out.

Order data: performance of the contract you entered into. Accounting records: our legal obligations. Marketing email: your consent, which you gave with an unticked box and can withdraw at any time from any message we send.

Stripe, which processes payments and stores customer and order records on our behalf. Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps short-lived request logs. The carrier that delivers your parcel. Nobody else.

Order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing consent until you withdraw it, and then a minimal record that you withdrew it so we do not contact you again by mistake.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, under the GDPR. Write to hello@valia.beauty and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
